True Match Co. provides a premium matchmaking service designed to introduce individuals for the purpose of forming long-term relationships.

We are not:

• A dating application
• A marriage agency guaranteeing outcomes
• A background investigation authority

We act solely as an intermediary facilitating introductions based on available information.

By using this Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into agreements
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and not misleading

We reserve the right to reject or remove any applicant at our sole discretion.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree:

• All information submitted is your sole responsibility
• You represent that your statements are truthful and complete
• Other users may provide false or misleading information

True Match Co. does not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided data.

Prior to any introduction, True Match Co. conducts a background verification process on all female candidates admitted to our network. This process includes, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued identity document review
• Live identity confirmation
• Marriage history and current marital status review
• Personal background and lifestyle consistency assessment
• Relationship intent evaluation through structured interview

By accepting an introduction, you acknowledge that you have been informed that the candidate has undergone this verification process at the time of introduction.

However, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Verification is conducted based on information and documents available at the time of review
• No verification system is infallible or exhaustive
• True Match Co. is not responsible for forged, altered, or fraudulent documents submitted by candidates
• Circumstances, status, and behaviour of individuals may change after verification is completed
• Verification does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of any candidate's character, intentions, or future conduct

Matching is performed exclusively on the basis of data and information held by True Match Co. at the time of the candidate's application to our services. Circumstances, personal status, lifestyle, and intentions of any individual may change over time. True Match Co. is not responsible for, and cannot be held accountable for, any changes in a candidate's circumstances that occur after the date of their application or after the date of verification — whichever is later.

If a client wishes to request a fresh verification check on a candidate at any point after the initial introduction, this service is available upon request and subject to an additional fee. Such a re-verification will be conducted on a best-efforts basis and is subject to the same limitations described above.

We also encourage clients to exercise their own due diligence. If at any point you have reason to believe that a candidate's circumstances or representations have changed, you are entitled to ask the candidate directly for updated documentation or proof. True Match Co. supports this process but cannot compel any individual to provide information after introduction.

You accept full personal responsibility for any decision to proceed with an introduction or relationship based on the information provided.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Compatibility
• Relationship success
• Marriage outcomes
• User behavior, intentions, or honesty

All matches are based on subjective and algorithmic assessments.

Once True Match Co. has made a formal introduction between two individuals, our role as intermediary is complete.

From the moment an introduction is made and the parties begin any form of direct communication — whether in person, by phone, by message, or through any other channel — you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All subsequent interactions, communications, and decisions are entirely your own responsibility
• True Match Co. has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the behaviour, conduct, statements, or actions of any individual following introduction
• True Match Co. is not a party to any relationship, agreement, or arrangement formed between introduced individuals
• True Match Co. shall not be held liable for any outcome — positive or negative — arising from or related to the introduction or any subsequent relationship

Specifically, True Match Co. accepts no liability whatsoever for:

• Emotional distress, heartbreak, or psychological harm
• Financial loss, fraud, or economic damage of any kind
• Misrepresentation, deception, or dishonesty by any party after introduction
• Physical harm, harassment, or misconduct
• Changes in a candidate's circumstances, status, or intentions after verification
• Incompatibility, relationship breakdown, or failure to form a lasting relationship
• Any decisions made in reliance on information provided by the other party

You further acknowledge that True Match Co. performs its matching and verification based solely on data and information available at the time of a candidate's application. Any changes in a candidate's personal circumstances, status, or conduct occurring after that date are entirely outside True Match Co.'s knowledge and control, and cannot form the basis of any complaint or claim against True Match Co.

By accepting an introduction, you confirm that you understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with meeting and engaging with another individual, and that you release True Match Co. from any and all claims arising from events occurring after the introduction is made.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, True Match Co. and Studio Desk LLC, including their officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of relationships, opportunities, or anticipated benefits
• Emotional distress, mental anguish, or psychological harm
• Financial loss or economic damage of any nature
• Actions, behaviour, conduct, or representations of any user or candidate — whether before, during, or after introduction
• Outcomes arising from relationships formed through the Platform

True Match Co.'s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to True Match Co. in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Platform and acceptance of any introduction is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You acknowledge that:

• True Match Co. acts only as a connector between independent individuals
• We are not a party to any relationship formed
• We do not control or influence user behavior

All payments are for:

• Access to the service
• Evaluation and matchmaking efforts

Payments do not guarantee:

• A match
• A successful relationship
• Any specific outcome

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove users without explanation

Especially in cases of:

• False information
• Suspicious activity
• Misuse of the platform

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform and submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your personal data will be collected and processed for matchmaking purposes
• Certain personal information may be shared with potential matches
• Your data may be transferred and processed internationally, including outside your country of residence
• You provide explicit consent for the processing of personal and sensitive data

True Match Co. processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

This service operates internationally. You understand and accept:

• Cultural differences
• Legal differences between countries
• Risks associated with international relationships

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Match Co. and Studio Desk LLC from any claims arising from your actions, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
